Hi Dave,
I've done a number of these systems with similar pipe runs utilizing the
Hartel MD10HE pump matched to a 20 watt PV module.

Looking for advice in sizing an El Cid Pump and pv module for a solar
hot
water system.
I have no solar hot water experience. My customer (the homeowner) is a
plumber who wants to do the hot water install himself. He wants me to
find
out the recommended size El Cid pump (SID 3.5PV, or 5PV, or 10PV), and
the
correct size PV Module for that pump.
He is leaning towards using evacuated tube collectors, and he thinks his
loop will be from 60' to 100' of 3/4" pipe.
Again, I don't know much in the plumbing arena so any advice would be
appreciated.
Dave
