We have about a dozen customers who we see on a seasonal basis, typically
Spring and Fall. For them it's perfect; for others there's no interest.
I tried contracts years ago and never figured out a "Maintenance Contract"
that worked. The solution was... no contract. We call them when it's time,
set up an appointment, do the work, and bill at standard rates. For those
customers that want seasonal service, this works fine. A contract would just
get in the way of a simple arrangement.
