I would also add Antonio The Tech to the names at SMA. Besides being very
sharp, and comprehending the strict left-brain cause-and-effect mentality of
the troubleshooting process, he has been given enough authority to make
decisions and initiate follow-up actions, without having to check with the
higher-ups. So generally one call will resolve a problem.
