I had the dubious privelege and mixed pleasure of visiting this place  
and receiving a tour from Robert Plarr.

The turbine had no generator ever hooked to it, just spins free when  
untied. BUT, he had a disks ready to connect with opposing magnets to  
magnify the energy something like 10X.

Everything was so fishy there and unscientific, I just left baffled.  
He was entertaining some investors however ...

Then I heard he's a die-hard republican and war supporter. Go figger.
