Does anybody know anything about the group CitizenRE?

I spoke briefly to a sales manager who told me that they had cut 
material costs to $1.50/watt.  I understand that they are using PV with 
integrated inverters. The customer gets the system at no cost by signing 
a Forward Rental Agreement to buy the energy from the PV sytem at a 
fixed rate.
