Maintenance Contracts [RE-wrenches]

Hello All,

I have the opportunity to write a maintenance/remote monitoring  
contract for an Off grid Coast Guard facility that was designed  
poorly.  The facility is only reachable by boat,  and will possibly  
have some training of a rotating staff.  I have never done a  
maintenance contract on someone else's system, and am looking for  
advice on what use as a monthly/yearly charge.  I sure would  
appreciate any advice on or off list.
