Commercial systems [RE-wrenches]

First: Does anyone know of a website that has the formula for commercial systems with both the federal and state rebate money combinedwith a 5 year accelerated federal IRS depreciation for commercial systems?
Second: With non-profit or state or federal buildings a formula for a 3rd-party lease for 8 years where there is an agreement for the third party to get all the federal money, the state money and 5 year depreciation with a 3 year extension on the lease for 11 years-- the monetary savings for the first 11 years goes to the third party with its occupant non profit owning the equipment after 11 years. Joel Davidson must have a formula for all of this
