To my fellow Wrenches in the land of PG&E:

 

I've been reading scary language that the NEM penetration cap in PG&E
territory is getting close to being reached, which would mean PV NEM sales
and installations, small and large, could come to a screeching halt sometime
this summer.  What's the poop on that?  And to further add to my confusion,
I thought that the CA. PUC had stepped in with their multibillion dollar
solar initiative which caused rejoicing far and wide.  And now I read that
PV supporters in the CA. legislature are also trying to move a comprehensive
PV bill through the Senate and Assembly.  What's going on here?
