Greetings gang -

Has anyone gotten an answer (or can make one up) on the following questions
regarding the Federal Tax Credit?

#1- is it a one time credit or can a customer take advantage of it in 2006
and 2007 (with an initial system and then an expansion)?

#2- If a homebuilder is building a spec house, can they take to full 30%
without the $2,000 cap?

#3- If a Developer is building a rental house, can they take to full 30%
without the $2,000 cap?

Any other useful info to share would be appreciated.  As always - I tell
folks... "this is new stuff, we are not sure what they are going to do,
check with your accountant...."
