Travis,
You can thank your Missouri legislature for that one. I don't think
they checked around to see if anyone would write that kind of policy
before they wrote the requirement into law. In fact, that is their
whole point, to make interconnection so burdensome that no one will do
it. Seriously, call your state rep and ask where you get one of these
policies, I am sure they know every insurance agent in their district.
