Please excuse the fact that it took me 3 months to find this address.,
but here it is.

It tells you where you are in relation to the nearest airport, just feed
in GPS info.

There is a web site that has the calculations, you just enter the GPS
readings if I remember correctly. Seems I got it at the Bergey training,
I will dig it out and pass it on if I can find it. Seems that it matters
if you are in the path at the end of the runway or beside it.

I have a client that is interested in a small wind project, the 
tower  would not exceed 125'in NY state. The property is in a flight
path 
for Albany airport approach & she has been told that she needs to have
the 
project cleared by the FAA.
