We purchased a Stiebel Eltron Tempra 36 but hit the wall on trying to get enough juice to it with the temporary 240V feed that currently serves the building. I punted and installed a conventional 40 gallon electric tank (Rheem) for the onsite manager's apartment, which is the only bathroom on that riser which will be using a shower for at least a year. Plan is to install the tankless on another riser which will have several active bathrooms, probably in the next 3-6 months. By then we should
have our new 208 3Ø service active and be able to supply what it wants (hungry beasts they are.)
