This same guy had a big writeup in Fast Company magazine 3 or 4 issues 
back. I laughed as I read it and proptly responded, sort of indignantly, 
with a letter to the editor. I said something like, do you think no one 
else has ever thought of concentrating sunlight onto PV? It works in 
deep space where it's super-cold but not on this planet. 
They printed it the next month. 
Gross has sponsors with deep pockets and it appears he would never admit 
he was wrong. I just hope that the public doesn't get bilked by this 
guy. The industry doesn't need another black eye...
