Back in my Real Goods days I got experience with both Eemax and
Stiebel-Eltron. The Stiebel is built much better, and has finer temperature
control. It'll maintain a steady temp +/- 2 degrees within its flow range.
Nice German engineering. If you have a choice, I'd lean toward them. There
wasn't much difference in price as I recall. I've been using one of their
smaller units for handwashing at my shop for several years.
