The telecom world uses LOTS of magnetic (aircraft style) breakers, typically rated at 80 VDC.  These are available from Carlingswitch, Heinemann, and Airpax among others.  The breakers come in ratings from 5A to 100A singlewide and doubles up to 200A.  Most all of the mounting hardware is designed for either 19" or 23" racks but I will poke around a bit and see if anyone offers a NEMA enclosure.
