Hi Drake,

Some things to check on the inverters once you have verified that the
grid V and f is OK (within range 53 - 67 Hz):

1. Check connections at the inverters AC terminal block, both factory
side and field install side, make sure ALL screws are tight and wiring
is not loose.

2. Remove all 240Vac loads from the inverter's output and disconnect the
SWI cable between the two units.

Test each unit individually - verify each inverter output voltage is
within 117-123Vac. Means good DC voltage, providing good sync signal,
and inverter circuit breaker is closed.

If none of these checks finds anything then a call to tech support would
be the next step.

Best Regards,

Mark

Subject: SW sync problems [RE-wrenches]

I have a pair of stacked SW inverters (not plus) in a back up system
that sync with the grid for several days, and then start switching back
and forth between the grid and the inverters.

There is little possibility that the grid voltage is going above 132V or
below 108V. The new SWs don't seem to have a frequency window
adjustment. Has anyone seen this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks,

Drake
