What is the a/h capacity of the batteries? The only thing I can think of
is a high voltage shutdown. Look in the mate's error list to see what
caused the shutdown:
***************
Below is a partial list of the Stop Sell Reasons. The Stop Sell Reasons
screen is found in the STATUS/FX/SELL menu and outlines why the GV or
GTFX is not selling. I'm only including the more common codes, some of
them are fairly exotic and not worth the space it would take to describe
them.
*1* Frequency out of tolerance.
*2* Island detected. GFXs internal anti-islanding software has tripped.
*7* Silent mode. Battery voltage is below sell setpoint, GFX is in
silent mode.
*8* Save mode. Battery voltage has been below sell setpoint for awhile.
GFX is disconnected from the grid (This happens every night to save power).
I'll try to add to this as we refine the rest of the Stop Sell Reasons.

Also, it is possible the line voltage got too high pushing that much
power back to the grid... if that is the case you can change from 1741
parameters to "user". I had to do this on my home system because our
utility line voltage runs on the high side and pushing max power would
cause a shutdown because it occasionally went above (if I remember
correctly) 130 volts.
