Just for the record, Concorde batteries are not gel cells.

Aside from that, I would say that if the batteries have been sitting 
uncharged for 7 years, they are totally gone.

Hi Wrenches,

For a fee, the company will run these 12 volt gel cells up to 22 volts or
even higher and then bring them back down.  This seems questionable to me,
especially for gel batteries.
