Hey There Dean and Mo,

Why isn't it easy, Dean? Back in New England
it's as easy as making out an application and
perhaps a phone call.

This may be due to the fact that in MA, the Mass
Technology Collaborative required a separate KWH
meter in order to get the rebate and this is read
and reported to MTC through their tracking
system. Mainstay and two or three of their
competitors accept this reporting data and send
them 4-6¢/KWH. The reporting is on an honor
system.

But it's just a simple contract between Mainstay
or equivalent and the customer. I imagine they
would accept inverter KWH meter data. What
makes it any harder here?
