Hi Wrenches,

I'm working on an SW4024 that is being used in as a grid back up, that
exhibited two strange malfunctions while on the wall.

1) It would take several seconds to come on after the grid was shut off.

2) Whenever the generator was in the AUTO mode, it would run the
generator. OFF turned the generator off, but AUTO works the same as
ON. The battery bank is full and the generator goes on even with very
small loads, so it doesn't appear to be a load start issue.

After cold starting the inverter, it would work normally for a short time,
then revert to its strange behavior.

Now the inverter is in the shop, but they can't find anything wrong with
it. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

Thanks,

Drake
