metered PV billing agreements [RE-wrenches]

Fellow wrenches,
    We're working on a 75kw PV proposal for a local private school and
hoping to set them up with a metered third party, open buy back arrangement.
Anybody have some examples of contracts that they'd be willing to divulge?
