Wrenches:

While I am in Germany at the moment I did take a minute to review the
PVP test data.  Does anyone out there really believe ANY inverter is 99%
efficient at 50% of rated power ? All the ETL test report does is
undermine the credibility of ETL. 

I spoke to Tony Dorta from ETL and he repeatedly encouraged me to read
the disclaimer on test report.  He also was very unhappy about the
release of the test report which ETL specifically forbids.
