Hi Jeff,
The lifebreath website http://www.lifebreath.com/ has the tech manuals 
for all products in PDF format.
The "95 Max" draws 35 watts on low speed, and 136 watts on high speed. 
There are lots of models and some are packaged with other products such 
as; air handlers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers and filters.
They have remote controllers, and you could put it on your own timer.
Your customer might just operate during the allergy season, my customers 
just operate it all the time. We put it in with filtration as part of a 
prescription from an allergest which was a building design and 
construction specification.
