Why not use off-the-shelf components for the AC side? I like to use 5.5"
of 1" flex to the 1" KO in the bottom plate of the AC side of the
SW. Connect the flex to the SW using a right angle connector (I like the
style with the cover that can be removed,

Install as many load centers as you have sources, plus one. For example,
if you have grid and an generator, install three small load centers, one
for grid, one for generator and one for the output. Off set or straight
nipple them together neatly. You can gutter the leads through the one
closest to the inverter. Write off line if you'd like photos.
