Hello Wrenches,

Earlier this year, Kelly Keilwitz of Whidbey Sun & Wind and I 
requested input from the list on mounting PVs on towers.

We've just finished the SEI NW workshops that installed a 1.7 KW PV 
array 60 to 75 feet up on a 160+ foot tower, with an AWP 3.6 on top. 
The tower was engineered for 2.8 KW of PV and a much larger wind 
turbine, so there's room for expansion.

If anyone would like photos or more details on the project, e-mail me off-list.
