Hi y'All

What's going on here is that we are selling solar thermal heating and
cooling systems. I am concerned about scaling particularly on the
cooling towers and water heaters. If these descalers work they can
reduce system maintenance which has been the biggest cost leading to
solar thermal system abandonment. The other thread is I sit on a
municipal committee considering the requirement for a new sewage
treatment plant. One of the most difficult and expensive problems is to
remove salt from the water. The salt comes from the groundwater and from
water softeners if these descalers meet claims then they can be very
benificial

With that in mind, what are the claims?
1) Scale buildup is precipitation of calcium and other minerals on the
walls of pipes used to heat water and on the surfaces of valves at the
seals and gaskets.
2) Descalers claim to precipitate the calcium from the solution to a
mixture.

Gator Tom, is that impossible with magnetic fields?

Sincerely, Dean T. Newberry
