Hi Brad,
Commercial Hydronic Wholesalers carry pipe insulation with aluminum or 
PVC jackets. They have corner and T kits.

Look under boiler or hydronic equipment dealers in the yellow pages.
In NCal  I could call Cal Hydronics, Cal Steam or Hydronic Specailties.
Ferguson and Windustrial both have the Rubatex materials, but not the 
hard sleeves and fittings.
