I am looking for real world interconnects, they are working on a new
inverter but it is not done yet. The 10 K is on NY's list the 20 K is not.
But they no longer make anything but the 20 K.
The present inverter is not usable in NY. I am looking to see if it has
recently been used in other areas.
The warranty length is an interesting question, same problem here.

We JUST got "Net Metering" signed for the state earlier this week.
Many thanks to Mike Bergey. He spent a lot of personal time and funds on
this.

NY also has different specs for the wind inverters that the national
standards, go figure.

Thanks,
Bob

  Hay Bob,

Why don't you call the guys at WTIC? They are supposedly certified in
California (but how do they do that with a one year warranty?)

As long as we are on the Jake's. Has anyone had a problem getting the
  inverters accepted for interconnect?

  Thanks,
  Bob

    Hi Daryl,

As long as you keep it lubricated and the nutz and boltz tight it should
last a long, long, time; as long as you don't live too near the ocean that
  is.

Is this a new one with fiberglass blades?

    Hi Matt
I have a 20 Jake that has been up on the tower I think
4 years and no problems yet. which is better than my
other small wind experiance. So I hope I don't have
    Jake problems.
