  Hay Bob,

Why don't you call the guys at WTIC? They are supposedly certified in
California (but how do they do that with a one year warranty?)

    Hi Daryl,

As long as you keep it lubricated and the nutz and boltz tight it should
last a long, long, time; as long as you don't live too near the ocean that
  is.

Is this a new one with fiberglass blades?

    Hi Matt
I have a 20 Jake that has been up on the tower I think
4 years and no problems yet. which is better than my
other small wind experiance. So I hope I don't have
    Jake problems.
