The only item in our home / office that does not always ride through a
power transfer are the computer network switches. These "sometimes" do
not make it without a glitch, sending my network into state of confusion
requiring reboots.

Everything else makes it through. This includes three different
desktops. Of course the laptops that we primarily use everywhere have no
issue, and use a LOT less power continuously.

I had many issues where the older Trace units would not start or run
Macintosh computers. Enough incidents (primarily legacy systems from
others) that our policy is "you have a Mac, you get sine wave", even for
the smallest systems.

Hello Todd,

Interesting. I've been intentionally switching off grid power on several
pre-GTI SW4048s with different types of PCs and have never had a
computer re-boot from power loss. We have some engineer customers with
GTI SW4048 inverters on the home PV systems who have never had their
computers drop off. Your report is the first..

Are other Wrenches experiencing load drop-offs when their SWs in sell
mode lose grid power?

Best regards,
Joel Davidson
