  Hi Frank, Thanks to you and JB. The bit I was looking for is not from PG&E
though, it's a guide to drag you through the mire without entering the
incorrect info done by one of the distributors (I think, but I obviously
forgot who it was). A very handy document by the way.

  for inter-connection (a totally over the top piece of work!) which I
  promptly (mistakenly) deleted. If any of you know what the fXXX I'm
  referring to and have a copy or an address for this form, would you
