Dear Ca. wrenches,

Somebody sent me a guide for successfully navigating the new PG&E request 
for inter-connection (a totally over the top piece of work!) which I 
promptly (mistakenly) deleted. If any of you know what the fXXX I'm 
referring to and have a copy or an address for this form, would you pleeeeze 
clue me in?
