Hi Ken,

The GL30 looks good. Thanks for that.

We typically design and install solar thermal systems that include internal
radiators or underfloor, a largish solar thermal array and provision for
wet-back from a wood burner.

I NZ we have a good solar resource partly because of low pollution and the
ozone hole overhead.

We managed 21 kWHrs energy in on one clear mid winter day from a 10 SqM
array.

We are using a largish thermal store (water) as a solar battery.

Cheers

Carl

Do you mean a mixing valve that would be used to provide the correct temp.
for a radiant slab ?

Or a differential control to turn on a pump for a solar thermal array? For
this I strongly recommend the GL30 by Goldline Controls at
www.goldlinecontrols.com/Solar.aspx

Or is it something else you're looking for?

Hope this helps--Ken

Hi there,

Can someone suggest a US made solar thermal regulator with a good
reputation.

We have been using Steca from Germany and want to consider other options.

Thanks,
