Do you mean a mixing valve that would be used to provide the correct temp.
for a radiant slab ?

Or a differential control to turn on a pump for a solar thermal array? For
this I strongly recommend the GL30 by Goldline Controls at
www.goldlinecontrols.com/Solar.aspx

Or is it something else you're looking for?

Can someone suggest a US made solar thermal regulator with a good
reputation.

We have been using Steca from Germany and want to consider other options.
