We use the ProSolar stuff too.  In fact we recently installed a 7kW system
with similar grades.  The PSP stuff are engineered and stamped drawings are
available.

A note of caution though, you need to adhere to the max pipe lengths
established by the engineer -- if you can't, go with something that uses a
larger diameter pole and cross-bracing.  This means that variable grades can
be challenging.

Another item that you will need to consider is the JOA requirement for
horizontal feet-to-daylight for the footings.  Down here, 5 to 7 feet can be
required on a grade.
