Good engines, at least the water-cooled ones I've had experience with. Haven't tried any of their small air-cooled Diesels yet.

Yanmar (or any other manufacturer for that matter) will not warranty damage caused by any fuel other than ASTM Diesel (and JP fuels in the case of some, like Yanmar.)
