I have a customer looking into buying a small Diesel Generator. She is
looking at Yanmar now, a 4kw unit.

Anyone with experience with there suitability and performance, reliability
etc?

System is a 1k pv / (1) OutBack FX2024 / 1,100 ahr battery storage.

She runs her diesel car on used restaurant oil and is also wondering if she
can do that with the Yanmar (or other diesel genset you may recommend).
