Some good, practical stuff here on the turbines.
I'll add that I've been pleased with a couple H40's I installed on 84'
tilt-ups about 5 years ago. They have been through some intense winds--I'm
sure in the 70 m.p.h. range--that took down many trees in the area These
were pre-SWWP units, and I can't speak for post-SWWP units as others can.
I don't have experience with the Bergey XL.1 or the AWP, though others of
you have commented on these.
Speaking of installing the tilt-up H40's, the Griphoist was sure a nice way
to go. Thanks, Home Power for the wind articles that introduced this tool!
