Hi Will,
I have had two jobs impacted by planning and golf course association
reviews.
California state law has some language about this, check ccenergy.com.
Basically the planning review cost nothing but time, about a month, and
at the golf course the homeowner didn't want to sue the association, so
I lost the job. ( now he regrets the decision to vacate the appeal) You
don't necessarily need an attorney, you can represent yourself. Any
fight takes time and money, is it worth it?? What opportunities are you
not pursuing while fighting this difficult battle. More to the point
what opportunities are your competiters pursuing while you are
distracted by this fight??
Good luck cul deant
