Kohler RES generators [RE-wrenches]

Hi Kirk:
    SADLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    The Kohler 10RY and the 12RY engine generators are discontinued
permanently!!!  The Ford engine was suddenly discontinued by Ford last
month!  Kohler is rushing to introduce a new 15 KW, water cooled, 1800 RPM,
Propane/ NG generator later this month.  The 18 RY, water cooled, propane/
NG generator is still available.
    APS has sold Kohler Generators for over 10 years, and we will surely
miss the 10 and 12 RY products.  I can only hope that this does not
complicate future repairs.  These generators have a reputation for making it
more than 10,000 hours of run time, and we will be servicing them for many
more years.
    The Kohler 8.5 RMY is still called an 8.5 RMY.  They have renamed the 11
RMY a 12 RES, but it is the same 3600 RPM generator.
