Hey Windy,

I think most of the voltage regulators I've seen need a voltage
difference of about two volts to operate correctly (you can have a
stable output of 25V from a 27-35V source).  What happens if you are
trying to regulate at 25V if you have a 25, or even 23.8V source??  I
haven't tried it and am wondering.
