Voltage limiting w/ C40 [RE-wrenches]

Brad,

The diodes Christopher suggests will drop about .6V X # in series. 
Good in a pinch. The regulator I suggest will only drop voltage when 
it exceeds the set threshold.

When you reduce voltage to a centrifugal pump, the resulting flow 
will drop disproportionately, so it's good not to always have a drop 
in place.
