kwh meter workaround [RE-wrenches]

Considering the absurdity of the KWh Meter requirement on an inverter with
input and output connections, I am perfectly content installing the cheapest
meter on the list that I can find. Who knows which meter is cheapest. So
far, I have done this a few times.
