puzzling performance [RE-wrenches]

Chris,

I typically size using 5.5 hours per day with PTC ratings and losses for
wiring, etc.  I drop down to 4.5 hours per day when I go coastal.  I
normally see an annual average in the 6 + range (inland San Diego) and get
better than expected performance.
