puzzling performance [RE-wrenches]

So that works out to:

1800 kWH per month / 30 days / 11.2 kW = 5.35 peak sun hours 

Pretty good performance considering were using the STC rating for the PV 
array.  I guess it never does rain in southern california...

What was the december performance like?
