OK...since everyone else chimed in, here's my $.02 worth!

We have several Zomeworks trackers and 6 or 7 of the Unirac trackers in
operation right now and without exception have found that the Zomeworks
units are NOT appropriate for moderate to high wind areas. We installed
the high wind kits on the larger racks (UTR F-120 with 8 BP3150 modules)
and it made no difference, they still flopped around in winds of 10+
mph. We wound up having to tie them down for the winter which definitely
defeats their purpose!

We now oversize the array on fixed pole top or ground mounts....I sleep
a WHOLE lot better on windy nights, as do my customers!

FYI....I always had the mismatched and/ or missing hardware problem with
both the Zomeworks and Unirac units. Our oldest Z-works unit is now 7
years old and has been painted 3 times, had 2 bearing replacements and 1
shock absorber replacement. The frames may last 10 years but nothing
else does!
