Yep, that's the way I do it too. And not just with the fine wire 
connections either. I also use the Magna lugs (UL Listed (BTW), but 
with my T&B crimper so I'm bad according to Hizzonerous, no doubt.
Here's another wrinkle: JW was PAID (on top of the money he gets from 
us thrice stepped on) good money by Trace to bless the DC 250 can 
when they started to sell it. The connections? Yep, the very same he 
now bitches about.
The thing is, I'm done listening to anything he says until he does 
the proper research on the reliability and failure rat of RE systems 
vs the rest of the electrical work being done like residential wiring 
for example. Then I want to see that published in his HP column with 
the appropriate praises for the RE Wrench community. If he wants to 
continue to emulate the Fox network's unfair and unbalanced approach, 
he can stick his opinions where the sun don't shine.
