Allan,
I have friends with both. Directway is no problem, Starband seems to be a
problem.
Every message my friend with Starband sends me gets picked up by my ISP's
virus trap.
They (Starband) have been of no help. If he takes the same computer and
sends me a message from another location it comes in fine. There is nothing
on his computer.
This has got me ready to go to Directway, I wouldn't go with Starband after
this experience.
The cost still scares me.....

Starband and Direcway satellite internet providers and hardware, as we
