Many thanks for the responses on optimum array orientation for a customer on TOU.
It appears that the maximum dollar savings are with a South orientation at 30 degrees.  Southwest is close behind that (-1% for tilts from 20 to 35 degrees) and West is third choice (-9 to -13% for 20-35 degree tilt).
