ProSolar makes a 3" Fastjack that uses a standard Oatey flashing:

For asphalt comp, ProSolar also recommends using a TileTrac mount directly
on the roof without flashing.  The TileTrac has more surface area for the
mastic, so it provides superior sealing and strength, according to the
manufacturer.  The "L" bracket would be similar to the TileTrac in
philosophy, except that the TileTrac would have more surface area in contact
with the roof.

Generally, I prefer ProSolar products to UniRac.  They seem to have better
dimensional tolerances and are less susceptible to galling during
installation.  Also, they tend to be less expensive.
